We have a cutting capacity of up to 30,000 units per day, backed by processes oriented toward efficiency, control, and fabric utilization. Currently, we continue our commitment to automating this area with new investments in automated machinery to further elevate our productivity and precision.

Our facilities feature 170 sewing machines of different types and specializations, including straight, overlock, coverstitch, elasticators, buttonholers, and buttoners. Additionally, we have 20 automated machines that allow us to achieve higher levels of precision, efficiency, speed, and competitive costs. Thanks to our infrastructure, automation, and operational experience, we reach a production capacity of over 300,000 garments per month.

Our prints and embroideries are processed through external workshops certified and specialized in export standards, guaranteeing quality, consistency, and responsiveness.

We have 6 steam machines, an automated folding and bagging machine, reaching a packing capacity of up to 13,000 pieces per day, ensuring proper presentation, control, and compliance in every shipment.
